Selected Rowhouse Projects

Each municipality may define the term Rowhouse differently, but we use it to describe townhouses that face a public street. They can be fee simple or strata/condo, and are a great option for people who want a garden or a yard, even if it’s small. Rowhouses are part of the solution to providing more missing middle housing in our cities and towns, and make it possible for many people to be able to have a house be their home.
