Selected Predesign Projects and Feasibility Studies

Gravity is usually brought in early in a project to assess the feasibility of developing a parcel. With our client’s goals in mind, we will review the land use regulations and policy and determine what uses and density are possible, how the site can be accessed, and what types of buildings are viable. We often provide this information in the form of a report, which may include site layout options—or even a conceptual design—depending on our client’s requirements.
