Townhouses typically leave home owners encumbered with condominium fees. However, the Redstone Towns by StreetSide Developments differentiate themselves because they are freehold properties, freeing homeowners from condo fees. Each two-storey home has a private fenced back yard, private detached garages and optional developed basements. Because of the additional exterior wall space for windows, the end units were designed with three bedrooms on the upper level, while the interior units have two bedrooms and a flexible loft area. When included, the developed basements offers one or two additional bedrooms and a recreation room.
The townhouses are all 16 1/2 feet wide, but because of a clever jog in the property lines in the back yards, the interior units have single garages and the end units have double.
