Mission Towns
Mission Towns is a four-unit rowhouse building in the north of Calgary's Mission community just East of Lindsay Park and the Repsol Sport Centre.
The first of the three stories is largely a flex space that could be used as a family room or home office. The principal floor with the kitchen and living room is on the second level, and then each unit has two bedrooms on the third.
Large gridded windows, evoking a warehouse aesthetic, dominate the front elevation, each bringing west light deep into the units. The design is modular with two units repeated and then mirrored. This design strategy can be seen from the patterns of brick and stucco on the front elevation.
Each unit has a private parking stall in a separate garage building. As well, there is one visitor’s stall provided on site.
