Killarney 4

Killarney 4 is a four unit rowhouse building designed for Gramercy in Calgary's Killarney neighbourhood. The rowhouses are configured from a repeating pattern of forms each topped by hip and reverse shed roofs. These forms modulate as the rowhouses turn the corner, giving the westernmost unit it’s own entry facade.

The building sits on a standard Calgary lot that used to have a single family house. Now four families are able to enjoy this inner city location near the Westbrook LTR station, Westbrook Mall, and the 17th Avenue SW Mainstreet. The four units achieve a density of 72 units per hectare.
