Bridgeland 3

Bridgeland 3 is a three-unit rowhouse building designed for Beresina Homes in Calgary’s Bridgeland Riverside community.

The design of this project was subject to a number of iterations before the final configuration was determined. While the land use designation allows for suites in addition to the townhouse units, incorporating these in the basement led to the main floor needing to be much higher, and therefore the building much taller. With respect to the adjacent low density context, the suites were removed.

The final configuration is a row of three three-storey units, each with a full basement. The two end units are similar in layout, each having two bedrooms on the second floor, whereas the middle unit has three. And while all three units have rooftop patios, lofts were only possible in the two easternmost units.

There is one private parking stall for each unit provided in a separate garage building.
