Position Overview:
Gravity is a full-service architecture firm that specializes in multi-family residential and commercial projects. We are looking for a team member who will extend our great reputation for high quality work while maintaining our positive working environment. We are currently seeking an Intermediate level Architectural Technologist (minimum of 3–5 years local experience) that has residential, commercial and/or mixed-use project drafting and detailing experience. This is a full-time position and interviews will take place in our downtown Vancouver office.
As an Architectural Technologist, the successful candidate will be working on construction documents for a wide array of commercial, residential and mixed-use projects, interacting with clients, vendors and Gravity’s technical team working with Revit from schematics to documentation.
The successful candidate will have a diploma in Architectural and Building technology and is familiar with Codes and local Bylaws. Experience with Revit and an understanding of how to leverage BIM for accuracy and efficiency is a must.
