Ade Fadeyibi
Contract Administrator

Ade joined Gravity in October 2023 as a Contract Administrator, bringing over 15 years of industry experience with him. His expertise spans design, project management, and contract administration. Ade has a deep passion for architecture, and it shows in the exceptional quality of his work. He earned his Master of Architecture in 2012 from Obafemi Awolowo University in Nigeria and has since worked on diverse projects in Nigeria, the United Kingdom, and Canada.

Ade’s portfolio includes a variety of projects, such as residential complexes, commercial spaces, healthcare facilities, educational institutions, and other institutional buildings. He previously designed for ECAD Architects and collaborated with firms like HOK in London, England where he contributed to the Oceanna Towers project. In Leeds, England, he was instrumental in designing the ASDA Retail Centre, a large and well-known shopping complex. Amongst his notable projects is the Heritage Place in Lagos, Nigeria, in collaboration with Capita Symonds in London, England, which is distinguished as the country's first LEED-certified building. The Lakepoint Towers, a two-tower development on the Banana Island waterfront in Lagos is another significant project Ade worked closely with. He has also contributed to two of Nigeria’s top hospitals—the Lagoon Hospitals and St. Nicholas Hospital.

These projects are just a few examples of Ade's previous work, which align with his passion to transform abstract ideas into structures that not only fulfills functional purposes but also creates innovative and meaningful spaces that inspire communities. His dream project is to design a modern, minimalist, community-centred urban high-rise that integrates green spaces, IoT amenities, and sustainable materials to enhance the lives of its residents.

A few of Ade’s favorite Gravity projects he has worked on include the Partner D’Arcy II, the Daytona Homes Livingston project, and the Mission 19 Multi-Residential.

Ade is best known for his intuitive thinking, active listening, and ability to understand others' perspectives. These attributes are highly valued in architecture, where empathy towards a team's design goals is crucial. His positivity, sharp focus, and supportive nature does not go unnoticed.

In his free time Ade enjoys watching sports, playing soccer or taking a relaxing drive. He also loves embarking on food adventures, proudly declaring himself a true foodie!
