Symon by Partners
In 2018, Partners challenged us to come up with a set of townhouse layouts that would include a private garage and be affordable. Our solution was a a pair of skinny floor plans, one of which is a 989 square foot, two-bedroom plan that is only twelve and a half feet wide. This seems narrow, but in fact it provides space for two and a half baths, a single attached garage, and a generous living space!
This design solution was implemented here, and on Symon’s sister project, Central.
The exteriors are undeniably contemporary, and feature large metal clad windows, fibre cement panels and siding, and playful colour combinations. Each unit features a full driveway for tandem parking (or those times where the garage is needed for something other than a car.)
Construction is currently underway.
