Sage Ravines Towns
The Sage Ravines project will feature 68 stacked townhomes across 11 buildings, offering seven distinct building types, with homes that range from 1,200 to 2,200 square feet and accommodate different family sizes and resident needs.
The larger townhomes feature three bedroom configurations. The primary suite and secondary bedrooms are located on the top floor, with a four piece ensuite bathroom and 3 piece secondary bathroom off the hall. The main level offers a flex room with closet as well as a double car garage. These homes include spacious living areas, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area, and an office on the second level.
The mid-sized townhome options, covering approximately 1,700 square feet, includes two or three bedrooms with 3 piece ensuite bathrooms, main floor flex room, double car garage and generous living, kitchen, and dining spaces.
The smallest townhome, at around 1,100 square feet, offers 2 primary bedroom configurations. Each bedroom has it's own 3 piece ensuite. These homes include living areas, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area and a single attached garage.
With municipal green spaces located to the West and North, The Sage Ravines Towns take advantage of outdoor living. Each home will have green space at their entires as well as individual balconies accessible from the second level. The homes along the west edge of the development will have direct views and access to a municipal park and green space. We were pleased with the amount of landscaping for a project this size, and our team placed careful consideration to integrating regional pathways into the site design for added appeal.
The exterior features high-quality materials, including durable asphalt shingles for the roof, engineered wood panels in black, James Hardie board and batten siding, and LUX metal board and batten siding panels, ensuring a modern and cohesive look.
