Emerge Greystone

Located in the Town of Cochrane, Alberta, the Greystone South project is a 58-unit development by Avalon Master Builders that will include five buildings with two different building types. The project features stacked townhouses and 3 storey townhouses with double garages.

The simple shed forms of the townhouse buildings take inspiration from the industrial areas that surround the community that have over time been repurposed over time into more urban spaces. The exteriors feature simple massing, bold materials, and a pop of colour on the entry doors.

The project is just north this project is our Zen Greystone project, which are Avalon's Net Zero townhouses for purchase.
