Emerge Greystone

Located in the town of Cochrane, Alberta, the Emerge Greystone South project is a 58-unit development by Avalon Master Builders that will include five buildings with two different building types. The project features modular stacked townhouses, with a variety of units design to cater to different families. Avalon’s dedication to sustainability is again demonstrated by their aiming to achieve Net Zero for the upper units and garages, and Net Zero Ready status for the lower units. 

The simple shed forms of the townhouse buildings take inspiration from the industrial areas that surround the community that have over time been repurposed over time into more urban spaces. The exteriors feature simple massing, bold materials, and a pop of colour on the entry doors.

The project is just north this project is our Zen Greystone project, which are Avalon's Net Zero homes for purchase.
