Chinook North Multi

The Chinook Multi is a six-storey residential project designed for Calgary’s Manchester neighbourhood. The building will include 84 units, with 76 offering 1-bedroom configurations and the remaining 8 designed as 2-bedroom units.
For the building’s exterior we used composite aluminum panels and exposed concrete which allows for texture throughout and elevates the contemporary facade. We also used brick veneer prominently featured around the main entrance and then showcased around the building, which adds warmth and character to the overall modern aesthetic of the building.
As a purchase-only development, residents can enjoy their own private balconies along with shared amenity spaces, including a vibrant green space located on the roof and a main lobby. The building includes an underground parkade and 93 bicycle stalls and secure storage area.
To maximize density, all units are accessible through shared corridors located between each unit in the centre of the building.
The development permit for this project was submitted in December.
