AL50 Altadore 4
Altadore 4 is a four unit rowhouse building designed by Inertia Residential Design (Gravity’s sister company) for RNDSQR in Calgary’s Altadore neighbourhood.
It is situated just across 50th Avenue from Glenmore Athletic Park and just down the street from River Park and Sandy Beach. It’s also just a quick walk to Monogram Coffee.
With three stories and one loft that opens out to a rooftop balcony, these 1500+ SQ FT townhouses have plenty of space. Each also has a small private yard on the east side and a private garage accessed from the lane to the north.
The cedar screen was a feature that RNDSQR wanted to incorporate, and has an irregular edge on the bottom that almost makes the facade feel like a musical instrument.
The building has four townhouse units which achieves a density of 70 units per hectare.
