Tuxedo Rowhouse

The Tuxedo 4-plex project features four units, each with a secondary suite, for a total of eight dwellings within a single building. Located on a compact site in Calgary’s northeast neighborhood of Tuxedo, the project delivers carefully planned density that integrates seamlessly into the existing community fabric.

The two-level, at-grade units offer modern living spaces, including open-concept living and kitchen areas. The upper floor features two bedrooms, a bathroom, a laundry area, and a primary suite with an ensuite bathroom. The below-grade suites include a cozy living area, two bedrooms, and private sunken patios.

It was important our team designed the concrete sunken patios to maximize sunlight exposure throughout the space while maintaining privacy for residents.

A 4-bay detached garage provides convenient parking, while additional bike storage supports sustainable transportation options.
