This multi-residential development by Logel Homes will comprise five buildings, two 4-storey buildings and three 5-storey buildings, totalling 361 units. Each building ranges from 68 and 75 units and are reserved exclusively for purchase. They will provide residents with one and two- bedroom configurations, spacious private balconies, and well-planned outdoor spaces.

Some design challenges were presented by a significant east-west slope that defines the site. To address this, a site-wide strategy was put in place to ensure each building kept a close relationship to the surrounding grade.

A common amenity space has been designed in the centre of the space with a number of different activity areas. The site-wide grading solution also included using landscaping to mask any exposed parkade faces partially above ground due to the adjacent slope. This created a tiered amenity space, offering outdoor seating and leisure zones that suit the site's natural incline.

For the facades, Logel chose a brick veneer, wood-look and solid colour horizontal plank siding and board and batten cladding in grey and neutral tones for a contemporary and durable aesthetic.
